Our services assist nonprofit organizations in identifying their assets, assessing opportunities, developing strategic marketing and business plans, and building appropriate ventures-specifically business ventures or corporate partnerships. We also assist in developing strategic alliances between nonprofits and capacity building as it relates to the implementation of a venture.
